Taking care of our minds is just as important as meeting deadlines, and at eLEOPARD, we truly believe that.
That’s why we hosted a warm, open, and much-needed Mental Health Session in 2025, giving our team a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Why We Organised the Session
Let’s be honest — work can get hectic. Targets, timelines, constant multitasking… it all adds up.
So we wanted to create a moment where everyone could slow down and check in with how they’re really feeling.
The session aimed to:
- Encourage everyone to pause and reflect
- Start honest conversations around mental health
- Share simple tools for dealing with stress
- Build a workplace where balance truly matters
At the end of the day, people come first, always.
Understanding Emotions at Work
We all walk into the office with emotions, stress, excitement, frustration, and pressure, even if we don’t always talk about them.
This session helped us understand how these feelings affect the way we work, communicate, and collaborate.
We explored:

- The hidden ways stress shows up
- How understanding our triggers can improve teamwork
